Wear your race bib on the front chest
Aid stations will serve both sides of route
There will be 7 Aid stations with
water & Gatorade
Bathrooms will also be at aid stations

Pacers: 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:20, 2:30, 3:00

Course Time Limit:
Runners must maintain a 16min mile or faster. Runners slower than this pace will be directed to turn onto the 10 mile course at mile 9.5. If you are registered for the half but run the 10 Mile please stop by the help desk to let us know so we can get you in the 10 Mile Results.
